Grand Guilds is a story-driven, turn-based, tactical RPG with unique card combat mechanics. You and your guild will embark on an epic adventure while engaging in challenging tactical combat. Each playable character has unique mechanics and abilities that, when combined properly, will make the difference between complete victory or utter defeat.

History

As a gamer, Justin enjoyed playing tactical games such as XCOM and Final Fantasy Tactics. One day, he was watching Adventure Time in his living room. This episode was when Jake and Finn played a game called Card Wars. Suddenly he thought to himself, "You know what would be nice? If card games would blend with tactical games to create unique gameplay!". He quickly searched the net if someone had already made his idea into reality. Alas, there were a couple of games which had the same concept as his. A few weeks went by and a disheartened Justin found himself playing Final Fantasy XIII. Suddenly he thought to himself again, "You know what would be nice? If I added JRPG elements to that idea of mine!" And so Justin the developer set his sights to making Grand Guilds - an SRPG with CCG mechanics!
